The real estate economy in Spain is thriving. In 2021, the Central Bank of Spain released statistics showing return on real estate investment is at +7,9%.

Bank Deposit or Company Shares

To be eligible for a Golden Visa, you must make a deposit in a Spanish bank or purchase stocks in a Spanish company for at least €1,000,000.
